Due to the nature of our products — consumable health and wellness supplements — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@thegumpiiapothecary.com with your order details and we will make it right.
