All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post volumes, particularly during peak periods.
Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after payment is confirmed.
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you can track your order via the Australia Post website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Delays The Gumpii Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@thegumpiiapothecary.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
International Shipping — United States
We ship to the United States via Australia Post International Standard.
Delivery timeframes Orders typically arrive within 15–25 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or peak postal periods.
Shipping rates Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout:
- Orders up to 900g — from USD $25
- Orders 900g–1.5kg — from USD $32
- Orders over 1.5kg — from USD $42
Duties, taxes & customs fees All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery. Please check with US Customs if you have questions before ordering.
Supplements & customs Most dietary supplements are permitted entry into the United States for personal use. Customs clearance is at the discretion of US Customs — we recommend ordering quantities consistent with personal use.
