Organic Agrimony Extract (Agrimonia eupatoria)

Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) is a perennial herb native to Europe, North Africa, and Western Asia, with a documented history of use in Western herbal medicine spanning over 2,000 years. It was used extensively in ancient Greek and Roman medicine, and remained a staple of European monastic and folk herbal traditions throughout the medieval period. It belongs to the Rosaceae family alongside Rose, Hawthorn, and Lady’s Mantle.

Agrimony is classified as a bitter tonic, astringent, and hepatic herb in Western herbal medicine — categories of herbs traditionally used to support digestive, liver, and eliminative wellness. This extract is prepared in 60% alcohol from certified organic Agrimony aerial parts.
